Coal unload not working

In the past, I have used the Kuju RS CoalUnload01 in a number of scenarios, successfully. I have just tried it on one of my routes, and it fails. I can bring the loaded hopper (either HAA or 16T) onto the drop, unload the coal OK, but it does not start the timer, nor move to the next instruction. On continuing the scenario, I get a "Fail". This occurs whether pulling the hopper over the drop, or propelling it. Has something changed, or have I got something wrong. The Transfer Point is sitting in the middle of a Destination Marker.

The timer now starts and I get a pass
