Adding comments to a model in blender

Adding comments to a model in blender

Postby Nobkins » Mon Apr 07, 2014 7:52 pm

Hi Everyone,

I want to create a tutorial on creating some of the OHLE for TS using Blender. Ideally I want to add comments to parts of my model in Blender so that it helps people understand what is going on when I upload the source along with the video tutorial.

I have done quite a lot of googling but not been able to find a way of commenting a model in blender. I might be going about this all the wrong way.

Any ideas on how I might achieve a model in Blender with comments or markup explaining the purpose of objects etc.

Thanks

Jim

I've downloaded blend files in the past that have a section of the work area for a Text Editor and a new text block in it explaining what's in the file and why - just like embedding a text file in the blend file really.
There is also the grease pencil although that seems less useful in this case.

Ahh great stuff. I can add lots of notes in that. Thanks.
