What programmes do i need to create reskins?
How do i create reskins? (Step by Step guide if possible)

Jim did some very nice video tutorials on how to create content for the UKTS Freeware Packs, which can be found here: http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 0#p1424459

The tutorial I used many years ago now was by Jive Bunny, posted on the UKTS forums - it's old but probably still worth a read: http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 17&t=79059

It might take you a few attempts to succeed at first, or it'll go well on your first go, but whatever does happen do stick at it as it's a rewarding hobby. And there are plenty of people here with experience that can help you if you get stuck.
