Locomotive Light

In the process of making a scenario, I found that one of the light is always on by default, unless I select the locomotive.
I had made a free roam scenario and place this locomotive, on starting ( also restarting ) the scenario, I see that this light is always on and when I select the locomotive, this light is get turned off.
I never saw these issue in all my locomotives I designed.
What is wrong?
All documents I had read properly, all lights forward and backward are working fine in game. This happens only before I select the locomotive.
