Possibly the realisation that TSW is not quite what it needs to be and people are staying with TS. I had high hopes for TSW but have already refunded 2 routes, not something I've done with TS. With a 64bit upgrade the life of TS will go on quite a bit longer yet. Happy for it too
TSW was planned to take a slow start but the start seems to be a bit on the very slow side.
TS20xx was planned to have a long life besides TSW, just look at the people still playing MSTS ten years after the release of KRS.
Converting the asset management part of the game to 64 bit is not the silver bullet but just getting rid of the memory limitation takes away a lot of trouble users and support are facing day in day out.
Well I don't know, we take 2 weeks off and this happens
I've had a few chats about this with DTG over the past 4-5 months and I'm very pleased that they finally got a stable version tested that they can release.. the future suddenly seems somewhat brighter for TS
