Wich tools to design a route, consist for Trainz

Hi everyone,

I have a question what tools need to design a route, rolling stock and more on Trainz.

I design the 3D part with SketchUp, Blender, 3DsMax, for routes information google earth pro, and of course Trainz.

For Trainz -
Modeling can be done in either 3DS Max or Blender, people prefer Blender as it is free and powerful.
For Texturing Substance Painter.

Thank you for your reply, but I have a question, for Blender do you need a special plugin for export like Briage for TS or just export on one type of file ?

Because I know in Sketchup they are one plugin to convert the design on Trainz file, but don't know if it's more or not updated.

Trainz RailRoad Simulator 2019 and Trainz A New Era both uses FBX format.
