A Bit Close!!!!!

Postby Pjt1974 » Wed May 21, 2014 4:54 pm

I suppose general chat is a bit of an open forum

I was woken up 4am Tuesday morning by a big clap of thunder so I decided to set up my little digital camera in my bedroom window to see if I could film some of the lightening.

This one of the flashes I got
Full speed then Slow-mo

If it doesn't show properly I'm sure someone will help make the link work
I've gone from 'fit for firing' to 'full time fireman'. Does this mean I can fire those who are 'fit for firing'?

You certainly don't want it much closer than that.

How did it feel. Skipping a heartbeat of two will be the minimum reaction, I guess.
And what about the damage done?

No damage. By the look of the angle, it has earthed off a boot scraper we have outside the back door.

I was able to get a screen shot of the fork. It is in the middle of the two flashes, the second being the brightest. I'm wondering if this is the tail reaching up to connect. As you can see, the top left of the fork isn't continuous.
