Internet Issues This Morning?

Seems there are some major issues with the internet today. Able to get on here (hurray!) but not TS.com or the N3V Trainz forum.

BBC and our local newspaper website okay, but not Amazon UK or US.

Just started TS2014 and Steam gone into offline mode despite being connected.

Seems sites/servers hosted in the UK are okay but anything US/overseas is knackered at present.

BT have had issues this morning but it should now be fixed. Interestingly I'm on Virgin which in my experience is normally bullet proof but I was having problems with certain sites yesterday afternoon.

No such problems here with Plusnet. It seems BT are having a bad morning though, they lost the live streams on BT Sport for a bit..
Hopefully it's all fine now, but if it's not I'd assume routing issues or even a troublesome DNS server.

Yeah, this is the reason I asked Andy. Virgin had DNS problems yesterday which affected pretty much the whole country.

I had trouble with BT infinity this morning too, it does seem to be alright now, I'm not in any of the areas I have seen BT admitting to having issues though.
