Really like the art style. You might want to lighten the bogie textures a bit, to show more details. Keep on going!

I've still been working away and my TTA tanks and Trestrols are nearly complete. Still haven't sorted out how they will be released yet, though I don't want to give these away as freeware, as plenty of work has gone in to them.

I did manage to get a bit distracted and this is the result:

4 versions of the BR Standard Shocvan, covering 4 variations in the type/length of buffers, 2 types of brakegear and 2 placements of the shock absorbers. I'm also tackling the Plywood bodied BR Standard 12t van, as a follow on project.

If you want somewhere to host your wagons as payware, Forge would be quite happy to put them up for you, thus far I haven't seen anywhere with commission rates as good as ours. ;) Offer's there, we'll do all the legwork, no problem for us. :) If you go somewhere else, you go somewhere else. :)

A WIP shot of a Diagram 1/504 BR Brake Van to go with an upcoming project. A few tweaks have been made since this shot and the van is currently getting AO Baked.

Lightly weathered textures have been applied and tail lamps added. Looking rather good on the back a partially fitted train in Tyne Yard.

Sod's Law dictates that new reference material will turn up just when you are about done with a model. Turns out that that the twin central lamp irons were only fitted from new to the first Lot of the Diagram. So back through the AO Baking process
Weathered textures applied and looking suitably scruffy at Annesley.

Working away on a companion to my Trestrol. This is a Diagram 2/493 Trestle ED, which is effectively a Boplate E chassis with a 50ft long angled framework attached, to allow the carriage of larger sizes of plate. Since these wagons belong to the specially constructed vehicles diagram book, they were built in small numbers, 19 to this diagram. I will also model Diagram 2/495, which were fitted with Gloucester cast bogies and lever handbrakes.

I know that it won't matter in TS but, just looking at this wagon, I would have thought that the loaded centre of gravity would have been offset towards the side with the steel plate. Do you know whether the suspension was non-standard to compensate?

AFAIK, both the Trestles and the Trestrols used standard bogies. I've not seen any mention, across multiple sources, of any differences in the running gear.
