Its all just part of the gates close and gates open animation. I need to redo it. The gate keeper needs his hair colouring and other detailing and I need to make him start to move back to the signal box as soon as the loco passes him. It would also be nice to have him face the engine as it approaches and hold up the token but that might be going a little OTT.
