An old freight line was closed about 15 years ago. It has since been converted to passenger use and connects with the rest of the network at both ends with two new stretches of track. On the harbour side, it connects using a sharp curve to join the loop there. On the other side, it diverges from the original path and enters a tunnel to the underground station in the city

Would anyone be interested in making some scenarios, it is driving me insane... Services of which I know that they should be able to run aren't working...
