Hello,

I know the tools RWdecal is stopped since a long time and was replaced by DTG using the google API for Maps.

I just wanted to know if this tool can not be used with TS2021 and google earth pro or they are some alternatives in case ?

RW Decal only worked with Google Earth up to version 6.1. That is no longer supported by Google, and the servers switched off. Hence, one cannot create any more decals using it. Existing decals can, of course, still be used; many of us have large stores of them for use on our own route building (I spent a week before GE6.1 closed down making decals for future use).
The use of GE using the API key has been available for a long time (even when RW_Decal was in use - they are 2 totally separate apps, and neither depends upon which version of TS one has).
A few folk have had thoughts about rewriting the code for RWT to make it compatible with GE Pro, but nothing has come to fruition
