Perhaps someone who is a forum member over there could point him in the direction of my Blackpool route (now hosted at TS.com) for an example of how to do it.

In general terms, RW-TS2014 can be quite fussy with very short "platforms" or passenger loading sections. There are a few on Blackpool which either never worked properly or required precision stops to trigger the load/unload sequence.
