Loft problem

Loft problem

Postby eyore » Mon Apr 24, 2017 8:05 pm

Have a strange issue in the world editor, when laying lofts (roads etc) I no longer get the yellow surround of the loft displaying in the editor, which makes laying procedural scenery somewhat difficult.

Has something changed or have I inadvertently altered something?

Further to my previous post, I can confirm that everything works as before in every other route I have tried, it is just the one route I have a problem with. This would seem to confirm that some setting has been inadvertently turned off.

Confusion reigns! The issue is intermittent, as the guide lines do appear in other areas of the route.

After discussions with a co-worker on the route it would seem this is a cache/memory problem with Trainsim and there's a limit to the number of lofts per tile above which the guidelines stop being shown. Well, that's our best guess.
