Way back when, I'm sure there was a utility which allowed you to increase the size albeit at the expense of some blockiness. However try as I might, can't find it anywhere, the only information I can see is a registry hack (big red hand raised on that one). If anyone can point me to what I'm on about will get a nice +1 on their "Thanks" tally.
