Does anybody know what files can actually be included in a reskin package file for a DTG loco.Ive read posts by various reskinners saying everything apart from the shape files can be included and also to include the "Important Notice" section from the DTG`s EULA document in your readme file.

That sounds right to me. It is what I do with the freeware packs that are re-skins of DLC (Class 170 pack for example).
